DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

We want you to love your purchase! If something arrives defective, we’ll happily exchange it for a new item. Just be sure to submit your request within 30 days of the original shipping date.

EXCHANGES:

Changed your mind on size or color? No problem! We’re glad to offer exchanges through our return portal within 30 days of your order’s ship date. To be eligible, items should be new, unused, and in re-sellable condition.

RETURNS:

If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a refund in the form of store credit (minus shipping charges) for items returned within 30 days of the original ship date.

Please note: Closeout and Sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for return.

When sending your item back, please package it securely to avoid any damage in transit. While we can’t take responsibility for items lost or damaged during return shipping, we’ll cover replacement shipping costs for defective items returned to us.

Gifting made easy: items received as gifts can also be returned for store credit. Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.
